Privacy policy

This website is run by Crescendo Innovative Solutions LLP, 705, B-Wing, Raylon Arcade, R.M. Road, Near Pidilite, Kondivita, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400 059, Maharashtra, India ("we"). This page explains what personal data the site receives and what we do with it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

Demo requests. The demo form does not send data to our server. It opens your own e-mail app with a message to care@crescendoits.com. We receive only what you choose to send: usually your name, school or company, phone number and e-mail.
Calls, WhatsApp and e-mail. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details to reply to you.
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Google Maps

The contact section shows an embedded Google map. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under the Google privacy policy.

Why we use your data

Only to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo, give a quote and serve you as a customer. We keep enquiries for as long as needed for that purpose, and then delete them unless the law asks us to keep them.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint. Write to care@crescendoits.com or call +91 83569 09497. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to our team.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
